Release 5.64

Release notes 5.64

Release Version: [5.64]Date Released: [17/06/2026]

We are proud to announce that release 5.64 of the ONEtobeONE platform will be going live tomorrow 17/06/2026 at 06:00 CET.

General Changes

Refined access privileges across all user roles

The privilege system has been overhauled to give administrators much finer control over what each user can do. "Master" access has been split into many specific privileges such as separate rights for equipment, contracts, invoicing, warehouse, and reporting so you can now grant exactly the access a role needs without over-provisioning. Existing users have been automatically migrated to the equivalent new privileges.

Grid and selection improvements across the platform

Grids now scale with your screen height, so you see more rows without scrolling. When selecting rows with Shift+click, all rows between your first and last click are now selected at once. The checkbox and action columns also stay fixed while you scroll horizontally through wide grids.

Container depots and cleaning stations

Change history on previous cargos

A new Changelog tab on the cargo form tracks every edit made to a previous cargo including field changes, safety data sheet expiry date updates, and new files added along with who made the change and when. Access to this tab is limited to master data administrators.

Suppliers

Private internal comments on call-offs

Both the buyer and the seller now have their own private Internal comment field on a call-off. Each side's comment is invisible to the other party and is never overwritten by the other's edits. The comment can be updated at any time — even on accepted or closed call-offs — using a dedicated save button.

Comment field shown on order PDF

The comment field on an order is now included when the order PDF is generated.

Assembly and construction companies

Build equipment parts list from purchase requisitions

When viewing purchase requisitions from within a project or project activity, you can now select one or more PRs and use the new "Create equipment parts" button to add them directly as parts to a project equipment record. Material, position, drawing reference, and applied quantity are mapped automatically. Duplicate parts are updated rather than duplicated, and a summary confirms how many parts were created, updated, or skipped.

Comment field shown on order PDF

The comment field on an order is now included when the order PDF is generated.

Remove empty chapters from quotes

Empty chapters, those with no quote lines attached, can now be deleted from a quote. This makes it easy to clean up quotes where lines were removed or rearranged.

Carriers and forwarders

Compact planning improvements

Several improvements have been made to the compact transport planning view. You can now drag and drop planned activities to reschedule them, and hovering over a planned activity shows its full description in a tooltip. When planning a new activity, the container and truck are pre-filled based on the driver's existing activities. A button on the driver cockpit also opens the planning view directly.

AI processes order changes and cancellations via email

The AI order entry system can now handle emails written in natural language that request a change to an existing transport order for example, moving a delivery to a different date. It matches the email to the correct order using the shipper reference and applies the change automatically. You can also enable the AI to cancel orders when an email explicitly requests it; a setting lets you control whether cancellations are applied automatically or only flagged for manual review.

Control automatic slot booking on transport orders

Compact planning view extended to one week

The compact transport planning view can now show up to 7 days ahead, up from 5. The horizon options have also been relabelled for clarity "Next 7 days" is now available alongside the existing Today, Tomorrow, Next 2 days, and Next 5 days options.

Email intake processing is more reliable and efficient

The email monitoring job now only processes emails received today, rather than scanning back to an older start date. This reduces processing load and makes the order intake flow faster and more robust.

Bug Fixes

CMR document corrections

Several fields on the auto-generated CMR document have been corrected. Box 5 now shows transport document requirements from the transport order instead of a hardcoded value. Box 10 is populated with the material's HS code. Box 11 now correctly uses the gross weight per unit instead of the net weight. A new company setting also lets you suppress internal batch numbers so that only external batch IDs appear on the CMR.

Date filters in reports no longer show "Invalid date"

Selecting a date in a report's date filter no longer incorrectly shows "Invalid date". Dynamic date filters are also handled correctly when the dynamic option is toggled off.

AFAS interface no longer sends false error alerts

The AFAS invoice interface was incorrectly triggering error notifications for invoices that had already been processed successfully. This has been resolved.

AI order entry no longer crashes when a sender is removed from the whitelist

Removing a sender from the email whitelist was causing an error when the system tried to process their emails. This has been fixed.
