We are proud to announce the launch of two major pilots with IAT and Mervielde for our ONEtoMOVE project. This initiative represents a strategic step toward a more integrated, digital-first logistics network.

The goal of these pilots is to deliver tangible benefits to the industry by focusing on efficiency and risk reduction:

• Reduced Waiting Times: By moving away from physical kiosks, we aim to eliminate queues at cleaning station desks and terminals.
• Enhanced Operational Safety: Using technology to verify data ensures that cleaning protocols are followed with precision.
• Increased Compliance: Our new AI-powered CMR check adds a layer of validation that manual processes often miss, ensuring the highest standards of safety.

How it Works: The Path to a Seamless Experience

We achieve these improvements by digitizing the execution edge of the cleaning process:

• Driver-Led Pre-Announcements: Drivers can announce their cleanings in advance via the app. By providing their Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)—which is often more accurate than other metrics—they allow cleaning stations to prepare for their arrival with precision.
• Zero-Contact Arrival: Drivers announce their arrival directly via the web app on their smartphones, meaning they no longer have to leave their cabs to visit a desk or kiosk.
• AI Product Verification: Drivers upload their CMR (consignment note) digitally before they even arrive. Our AI agent then checks that the product listed on the CMR matches the cleaning order. This eliminates the risk of drivers reporting the incorrect product, ensuring the right cleaning is performed every time.
• Real-Time Guidance: Once registered, drivers receive lane assignments and status updates directly on their phone, keeping them informed without the need for staff intervention.

Built for the Road

ONEtoMOVE is designed specifically for the unique environment of the truck driver. It is a web-based interface that requires no installation and no app store downloads.
