You can now define your own categories, and use these categories to search and sort your list views

• Invoice sublines are replicated in copied invoices

Configurable Previous Cargo Requirements for procedures

To ensure that ECDs with a cleaning procedure comply with loading location requirements, it is now possible to configure the number of previous cargoes required on a cleaning order.

Services and Materials on Cleaning Orders

Materials can now be added to cleaning orders, enabling goods and services to be invoiced as part of a tank cleaning.

The Add Materials button is located at the bottom of the right-hand column on the order form.

Improvements to the Driver App - Remote announcements platform

Several enhancements have been made to the driver check-in and communication process:

• New Drivers can now register on the app using their email address, instead of phone number
• Driver phone numbers can be edited directly on the cleaning order form
• Drivers receive more relevant notification emails

• The cleaning order changelog now records changes to the 2nd and 3rd previous cargoes
• Peppol interface no longer interfaces ECDs, just invoices

• Waiting hours can no longer be claimed outside loading location opening hours  
• For FCA/EXW outbound orders the unloading window is no longer required when changing the delivery
• The seller reference field of the contract is extended from 20 to 40 characters
• You can no longer call off from contracts that have not been accepted, or lines added from other contracts
• Cargo approval lists can now be set to inactive
• The shipper can now set a margin for the announced weight, for the carrier.

You can now get more real-time insights into your drivers and charters. After completing the loading activity, a driver will now be asked if he also does the unloading activity and subsequently follow the respective question path.

This release introduces a major expansion of the Time Recording functionality, including:

• Configurable recording categories

• Drag-and-drop calendar interface

These improvements provide a more structured and flexible system for recording working time and related allowances, while laying out the foundation for future overtime calculations and payroll integrations.

Trading spare parts

For spare parts sales offers and orders can be generated from the spare part list of an assembled equipment. After confirmation from the customer purchase orders can be generated. All purchase and sales orders are financially processed or invoiced and insight is given in the profitability.

Searching quotations, to copy lines, is significantly improved

• Margin field on quotation lines is only shown when the line has both a cost and a sales price

• New CRUD API to insert, update and delete resources allocation
